The first step is to identify the manufacturer of your siding and determine if it is the subject of a settled, class-action lawsuit.
Over 28 manufacturers of building materials are subjects of settled, class action lawsuits. There are over 100 different types and styles of siding that are known to prematurely rot and deteriorate. In order to determine if your siding qualifies for reimbursement, we must first identify the type and manufacturer.
