We operate on a "pay-for-performance" basis. Therefore, eliminating any risk on the part of you, the property owner. Our fees are contingent on recovery and do not require any out-of-pocket costs. There is never a charge until a recovery is documented and paid to you.

Damage awards are paid at a rate of $3.98 to $6.50 per square foot, and are determined by RSMeans cost data.

Damage Award Seem Small?

Several factors may result in a small damage award:

1. Your siding may have little or no qualifying damage now.
   
2. The court-appointed inspector assigned to the property could be inexperienced.
   
3. If painted your house prior to the court-appointed inspection, it may conceal some of the damaged boards.
   
4. Surface mildew or an inadequate paint job can appear as damage to the untrained eye, but according to the settlement, does not qualify for reimbursement.
   

Subsequent Claims...

For properties built after 1989, you are not limited to one claim. Approximately one year from your original file date, we will contact you with specific instructions regarding your subsequent year claim. The settlement agreement allows us to file annually for any new damage that occurs to your siding.
